WELCOME TO THE artsHUB

One of the best things about living in Vermillion is how many arts organizations we have that enrich, entertain, and educate us. From dance classes to mending circles and movie nights to community theater, there’s always something to be part of or a production to attend. In fact, it can be hard to keep up!

To help keep us all informed and connected, we’ve created the artsHUB, an online center that include
• a directory of local artists, organizations, and venues
• resources for artists, from calls for art to grant opportunities (in progress)
• a Substack newsletter for in-depth updates, conversation, and connection
• and a comprehensive calendar of arts-only events.

Click the words in the graphic above to explore the artsHUB, or use the navigation bar dropdown menu.

If you make or do or have a venue for art: congratulations, you’re in the the artsHUB! You can add events to the calendar, have a listing in our directory, connect with our team and other local artists via Substack.

Not sure how to add yourself to the artsHUB? We welcome you to contact us. Our goal is for the hub to have a regional reach: neighboring communities in southeast South Dakota are welcome.
