artsHUB calendar

WHAT TO SUBMIT
Regional and local partners are welcome to add any arts and culture event to the artsHUB calendar. Some examples include live music, craft workshops, readings or discussion groups, historical presentations, community sharing events (e.g., taverns & pie), gallery receptions, and film screenings or festivals. Will folks intersect with arts & culture and come away feeling enriched and inspired? Add it to the calendar!

HOW TO SUBMIT
Click the green “submit event” button at the top of the calendar. The form will ask for your name, e-mail, and any private notes you want to address to the VCA. There is a limit of 5 MB for image uploads.

Fill out the form below, including your event title, description, time, location, and relevant images.. If you have already created a Facebook event or similar, you can forego filling out all the information fields, and instead simply upload your poster (image files only i.e. jpg, png, etc) and either a .ics file (calendar file) or a link to your event. Once VCA approves your submission, it will appear on the calendar.
